Things to know:
- Federally Cannabis is still Illegal.
- Washington State is still working things out.
- You can legally grow plants, but they have to have less than 1% THC by weight.
- This means hemp is now legal in Washington State.
- This also means, unfortunately once your plants start to flower they are probably no longer legal.
- Growers need to have Medical Marijuana Authorization or apply for a 502 Production permit (which the window has closed on). State law for medical is 15 plants.
